Visited a few 3BHKs on 150 Feet Ring Road last weekend, Madhav Group ke projects bhi dekhe. ₹1.1Cr tak jaa raha hai. Builder se direct negotiation mein kitna realistically knock off kar sakte hain? Kya Rajkot mein spot discount ka scene sach mein hota hai ya bas naam ka hai? Also, secondary market mein negotiation ka scope zyada hota hai kya compared to new properties? Pre-launch pricing mein jo discount milta hai, is it actually worth it? Ya woh bas marketing gimmick hota hai?

Bhai, 5-7% toh mushkil hai unless it's a distress sale ya pre-launch ka bhi pre-launch ho. Madhav Group ki reputation hai, but unke projects mein max 2-3% hi milta hai direct
