Moved into Investors House last month. Paid around ₹62L for my 2BHK. Noise levels are more than I expected, especially evenings mein. Kids ke school ke liye commute thoda challenging lag raha. Amenities bhi utni useful nahi hain in real life. Is anyone else feeling the same daily vibe here?

Amenities ka toh bas naam hai. Swimming pool hai but it's never clean, gym mein equipment puraane hain, aur clubhouse toh bas ek bada hall hai. Jo dikhaya tha sales office
Investors House naam hi sunke thoda fishy lagta hai. Jab koi project 'investors' ko target karta hai, toh usually end-users ke liye issues hote hain. Aur RERA Not Applicable? Yeh toh red flag hai. Buying without RERA protection is a huge risk, especially for first-time buyers.
Absolutely! Mera ek friend Ahinsa Khand 1 mein ek non-RERA project mein phasa hua hai. Possession date pe date mil rahi hai, aur construction quality bhi compromise ho gayi hai. Jab RERA nahi hota toh builder ko accountability kam rehti hai. It's a big gamble, especially with such a significant investment.
Haan, U4, you're right. Project details mein clearly likha hai 'RERA Not Applicable'. Mera bhi deal almost final ho gaya tha ₹60L mein, but yeh point dekh ke main back out kar gaya. Price range ₹55L-₹70L toh hai but safety first.

Exactly! Mujhe bhi laga 62L mein theek deal hai par ab lagta hai thoda aur stretch kar lete. Budget-conscious buyers ke liye yeh sab choti cheezein baad mein badi problem ban jaati hain.
