Looking at APS Royal Homes in Noida Extension, but construction quality pe doubt hai. Investors ke liye, ye minor snags like seepage ya fitting issues kitna impact karte hain resale value aur future maintenance pe? Tenant attract karne mein bhi problem hoti hai kya?
