Investwell Avenue 75

The maintenance charges for Investwell Avenue 75 are a total rip-off post-possession. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 76, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. But yaar, the actual monthly bill is insane, it's way more than what they showed in the brochure. Builders ka toh yahi scene hai, right? Did anyone else get hit with these crazy RWA demands after moving in? What's the scene with other completed projects in Noida?
