Builder ka RERA compliance aur current status kya hai? Poora paperwork sahi hai na? Power of Attorney se manage karna padega, so transparency bahut important hai. Also, is project ki resale potential kaisa lagta hai long-term mein? Upcoming project hai, toh future liquidity aur exit strategy pe focus hai. Kya secondary market mein active demand rahegi 5-7 saal baad? Any insights on the actual investor vs. end-user ratio? Ghost society ka risk toh nahi hoga? Appreciate genuine feedback.
