Noida Extension projects have been on my mind for months, but the pricing is really throwing me off. I visited Invixo The Green Cottage and Ansal Aastha Mig Zone III recently. Both look decent, but the final cost calculation is making my head spin. The advertised price for Invixo, even with its range, feels like a bait-and-switch once you add stamp duty, registration, and all these unexpected maintenance deposits. It's not just the base price, you know? My parents keep saying to factor in everything, but honestly, I had no idea it'd jump so much. For Ansal Aastha, what was the actual experience with hidden costs post-possession? Did they hit you with huge maintenance charges or unexpected PLCs? Just wanna know if others faced this same issue with these builders, or if I'm missing something crucial in my budget planning.
Invixo The Green Cottage — I'm looking at this project for my own home, even though I work in real estate. Buying for myself is totally different, yaar. Brochure mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but I know builders don't tell you the whole story. Ye completed project hai, but is it genuinely good to live in daily? Ya sirf marketing pe acha lagta hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Swimming pool ya gym dikhate hain, but actually kitne functional hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly community hai ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges ke baad, daily life mein koi hidden frustrations toh nahi hain? I've seen so many projects where paper pe sab sahi hota hai, but residents later face issues. Any residents here who can give an honest, off-the-record opinion? What was your possession experience like?
