Ireo Ascott Sohna: Investor's dilemma?
Been looking for 6 months now and Ireo Ascott Ireo City in Sohna keeps coming up. My budget is around 1.8 Cr for a 2BHK. For investors, what's the capital appreciation been like post-completion? What kind of rental yield is realistic there? And how liquid is the resale market? Honestly, not sure if it's a solid long-term ROI.

Ireo Ascott toh 2019 mein hi complete ho gaya tha, possession bhi mil gayi thi. RERA number HRERA-102-2017 hai. Maine khud ek friend ko wahan dekha tha, 1.7 Cr mein liya tha usne. Capital appreciation toh slow hai, pandemic ke baad market thodi theek hui hai but still not great. Rental yield bhi average hai, maybe 2-3% max. Resale market bahut limited hai, buyers milna mushkil hai Sohna mein is range mein.
Airport Road mein prices already sky-high hain, mere budget se bahar hai. Sohna mein connectivity improve ho rahi hai na, jaise Pataudi Road ya Badshahpur ke paas se?
True, U6. But Sohna mein demand hi nahi hai. Airport Road side dekho, wahan kuch mil jayega, thoda premium hoga but returns better hain.
