Ireo Grand Hyatt Residences: Daily living ka kya scene hai?

Renting for almost a decade now, I'm fed up of landlord issues and finally taking the plunge for my own home. I'm seriously looking at Ireo Grand Hyatt Residences in Gurgaon, the prices are steep, around ₹15 Cr. But is it genuinely good to live in daily? Yaar, amenities ka kya scene hai after possession? Are they well-maintained or just for show? What about the society vibe? Aur maintenance charges kitne hain? Thinking if it's worth the premium for actual daily life.
