Ireo Gurgaon Hills: Family ke liye space kaisa hai?
Kids' school admissions are around the corner, and we really need to finalize our new home soon. We're seriously looking at a 3BHK in Ireo Gurgaon Hills. On paper, layouts look good, but I'm wondering about the actual carpet area efficiency. For those living there, does the space feel genuinely usable for a growing family, yaani kids ke liye enough room hai? My wife is quite particular about storage and if the rooms feel airy. Is the layout practical for daily living, or does it have weird corners that waste space? We saw a few other projects too, but Ireo's location seems good. Also, any input on the society's general vibe? Is it community-oriented and safe for children? Trying to get a real feel beyond the sales pitch.

Hum bhi Ireo Gurgaon Hills dekhne gaye the. Location wise, Airport Road ke paas hone se bahut convenient hai. Views bhi achhe hain, especially from higher floors. But jab actual flat dekha, toh space feel utna grand nahi laga jitna price tag suggest
Layouts on paper are always better than reality. Seen it too many times, especially with compact 3BHKs.
₹7.7 Cr – ₹17.6 Cr? Bhai, itna toh DLF projects mein bhi nahi lagta. Budget-conscious family ke liye yeh option hi nahi hai. Is it really worth it? With a 2027 possession date, it looks like a long wait for a 'completed' project. Koi actual owner hai jisko possession mila ho?
Exactly! My friend bought in a similar range near Baliawas and abhi tak possession nahi mila, despite builder promises. Be careful with these 'completed but not ready' projects.

'Completed' status ka matlab hota hai ki construction structure-wise complete hai, but occupancy certificate aur finishing mein time lagta hai, isliye RERA date 2027 dikha raha hai. Builder ne jab first time project launch kiya hoga, tabki date kuch aur hogi.
Totally agree, price toh sky-high hai. Humare budget se toh bahar hai.

Aur sabse important, project toh 'COMPLETED' dikha raha hai, but possession date 2027-02-01 hai? Yeh kya scene hai? Builders aise contradictory information kyun dete hain? Bahut confuse ho raha hoon.

Main personally site visit kiya tha, aur carpet area efficiency ke mamle mein, it's decent but not exceptional. 3BHK mein kids ke liye ek small study/play corner ban jayega, but for proper, expansive space, you might feel a bit constrained, especially if you have two kids. Storage ke liye built-in options hain, but extra cupboards ke liye space limited hai. Rooms airy hain due to good window placement, but kuch corners thode awkward lage jo space waste karte hain. Overall, practical hai, but manage karna padega.
