Kya Ireo Gurgaon Hills mein resale market liquid enough hai for high-value units? I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm looking at long-term ROI. Current prices ₹7.66 Cr se shuru hain, par capital appreciation ka kya scene hai post-completion? Yaar, is it mostly investor-owned, making future exit tough? Need honest opinions on secondary market activity aur actual rental yields, not just marketing numbers. Who will buy these 3BHK+ units from me in 5-7 years, seriously?

Bhai, Ireo Gurgaon Hills ki baat sunke tension ho rahi hai. 7.7 Cr se shuruat? Mera budget toh itna nahi hai. Par main soch raha tha ki agar itna high-value property hai, toh kya future mein bechna aasaan hoga? Liquidity ka issue toh nahi aayega, especially for first-time investors like us?
