Ireo Gurgaon Hills is just a fancy address, not a real community

My current house sale is almost done, and I'm looking at Ireo Gurgaon Hills for a smaller, manageable place. Everyone glorifies its luxury, but I think it's just a fancy address, not a real community. Kids have moved out, I need a good vibe, not just high prices. Is the society actually friendly, or is it isolated? What about daily life there? And honestly, are the maintenance charges justified for what you *actually* get? I'm worried about paying a fortune for amenities I won't use. Change my mind.
