Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Ireo Gurgaon Hills. It's completed and looks good, but I'm thinking long-term. Iska price trend launch se ab tak kaisa raha hai? Aur current pricing ₹7.66 Cr se upar, is it still fair for capital appreciation? Also, rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain? Sunna hai high-end projects mein investor ratio zyada hota hai, ghost society ka risk toh nahi hai na? Resale mein liquidity issues toh nahi aayenge?
