Ireo Gurgaon Hills – just moved in last month. Everyone glorifies the luxury, but nobody talks about the actual daily living experience. Maintenance is high; services feel average. Change my mind.

Totally agree with the OP. I'm also looking at high-end projects around Airport Road and the maintenance charges scare me more than the EMI sometimes! Is it really worth it if services are just average?
