Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to Ireo Gurgaon Hills. Price ₹7.66 Cr toh bahut high lag raha hai. Kya capital appreciation ya rental yield future mein worth it hoga? Investor perspective se kaisa hai?

Yaar, I was also looking at Ireo Gurgaon Hills. ₹7.66 Cr for a 2BHK in Sector 57? That's insane, especially with possession in 2027. My friend bought a 3BHK near Airport Road for less a couple of years back. Lagta hai sirf hype hi hai, ROI toh mushkil lag raha hai.
