Haan yaar, this is a common trick. Did you check your sale agreement for the exact carpet area mentioned? Sometimes the difference between carpet and super built-up area is huge, and they only highlight the bigger number. What was the carpet area you were promised?
Totally agree! Mere friend ne bhi Ireo ke baare mein yahi bola tha. Builders ke grand plans aur actual execution mein farak aata hai.
