Resale market for Ireo Skyon is definitely slow. I've seen listings sitting for months. People prefer newer projects or properties in established areas like near Basai road for better appreciation potential.
U1, my neighbour has a unit there. He's getting around ₹70k-₹80k for a 3BHK. Yield is barely 2.5% considering the capital cost.
