Is 150 Feet Ring Road still the best bet for appreciation in Rajkot, or has it peaked? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm looking for a 3BHK, maybe ₹80-90L, near the airport/AIIMS influence, so Nana Mava or Mota Mava are on my radar. Builders like Balaji Group or Madhav Group have good projects there. I'm wondering if the 150 Feet Ring Road can sustain its price growth, or if Mota Mava offers better long-term capital gains now. What's the community's take on this? Which area would you pick?
