Is ₹1.8 crore for a 2BHK in Dwarka the new normal?

₹1.8 crore for a 2BHK in Dwarka is what some brokers are quoting. My kids have moved out, so I'm selling our Vasant Kunj home for something manageable. I'm worried about the all-in cost though. Beyond the property price, how much should I budget for stamp duty, registration, and these PLC charges? Are they negotiable, or just fixed?
