₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK on Residency Road from Prestige Group sounded good initially. But yaar, the super area vs carpet area difference is wild! They're quoting 1800 sqft super area, but carpet area barely 1200 sqft. Matlab, 600 sqft extra for what? Common areas? Is this normal for Bangalore projects, especially near Cunningham Road? I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Should I push for price adjustment based on carpet area, or can I get a spot discount by highlighting this?
