Is 3C Four Seasons living up to its price?
Honestly, I'm pretty annoyed with how things are shaping up after moving into The 3C Four Seasons a couple of months back. We bought this unit expecting solid capital appreciation, given the premium pricing around 7.5 Cr. Now, looking at the market, it feels like prices haven't moved much since launch, which is frustrating. I was hoping for better long-term wealth creation here. I'm trying to figure out the real rental yield here. Brokers are quoting numbers that barely cover maintenance, let alone give a decent ROI. Is anyone actually getting good rental income from their 3C Four Seasons flat? And how liquid is the resale market for these high-value properties in Greater Noida? I'm worried about the exit strategy and whether we can even recover our investment in 5-7 years. Did I miscalculate?
