₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in The 3C Lotus Zing, Noida Extension. Is this price justified for an investor? I'm eyeing it for long-term wealth creation. Project toh complete hai, so possession ka tension nahi. But iska capital appreciation potential abhi bhi hai ya sab ho chuka? Rental yield kitna realistic hai?
