Is 99 Homez Caelum Hights worth this endless wait?

Honestly, I'm just so fed up with this whole real estate game. Kids have moved out, we're selling our big house, just want a manageable 2BHK now. 99 Homez Caelum Hights looked good, but the possession timeline for 'upcoming' projects feels like a black hole. Are their amenities actually delivered or just brochure promises? I don't want high maintenance for empty shells. Have others faced such delays or misleading amenity info with them? What did you do?
