₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 103 — is this the new normal? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Cyber City, thinking of upgrading. Saw a project by VSquare Development Company Pvt. Ltd. there. The quoted price is one thing, but all-in cost kitna difference aata hai? Matlab, stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Builders bolte hain spot discount hai, but negotiation kitna work karta hai Gurgaon mein? Like, realistically, kitna knock off kar sakte hain? Aur possession ke time koi hidden charges toh nahi aate na? Already ek home loan hai, so don't want any surprises. Any experience with VSquare in terms of final costs?
