Is a 3BHK upgrade in Sector 4 worth the premium?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 4, Shapoorji Pallonji ka project. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Is the price jump worth it for a bigger space, ya rental yield mein itna farak nahi padega? What do you guys think?

1.8 Cr for Sector 4, Shapoorji? Bhai, that's a lot! Mera budget toh 1.5 Cr tak hi hai, so this is already out of my league. Is the project really that premium, ya builder hype kar raha hai?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Gurgaon mein prices kuch zyada hi inflated lag rahe hain aajkal. Even places like Baharampur Naya, jahan pehle itna nahi hota tha, wahan bhi rates upar ja rahe hain. For 1.
