Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Prices for 3BHKs in Golf Course Extension Road or Sector 65 from DLF are hitting ₹3 Cr+. Is this premium justified, especially with Dwarka Expressway completing? My existing home loan makes the EMI jump a big concern. Is the upgrade worth it?

Totally understand your dilemma! I'm in the same boat, looking for a 3BHK upgrade in Gurgaon. ₹3 Cr+ for DLF is steep, no doubt. Dwarka Expressway completion is a big factor, but will it *really* justify such a premium? EMI jump is my biggest fear too.
Haan yaar, same pinch. Maine suna hai ki maintenance charges bhi bahut high hote hain in DLF societies. Kya ye true hai? Plus, koi hidden costs bhi hote hain kya besides the stated price?
