Is a broker better for investor deals in Rajkot?

Direct builder deals aren't always better for investors in Rajkot, I've seen it firsthand. Just got possession of my 3BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road last month. Thought going direct to Ansal API would save commission, but that wasn't sahi. Good brokers often have inventory to move, pushing for better 'spot discounts' or even absorbing some PLC. My neighbour got a better 2BHK deal in Krishna Kunj via a broker than I did direct. Payment plans pe bhi negotiation ho jaata hai. Finding the right broker is key.
