Gold Homes Infra jaise builders ke construction-linked payment plans mein kitna negotiation possible hai? Ya lump sum down payment mein better deals milti hain? Builders prefer CLPs for cash flow, right? Mujhe lagta hai spot discounts bhi sales tactics hote hain. Kitna genuine hota hai yeh offers? My budget is around ₹75-85L for a 2BHK.
