₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK near Medanta, Sector 38, looks promising; kids have moved out so we need a smaller, manageable place. But I'm really confused about payment plans. Builders push construction-linked plans, saying kam burden hai. Isn't a bigger down payment better for lower EMI later, ya kuch aur hidden catch hai? Kya early bird discount sahi mein milta hai ya bas naam ka hai? Any smart tricks for payment terms? Low maintenance society chahiye.
