Is a spot discount realistic for Noida flats?

Visited ACC Builders in Sector 33. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Quoted ₹78L for a 3BHK. Is a spot discount realistic in Noida? What hidden charges should I truly expect later?

Bhai, 78L for a 3BHK in Sector 33 sounds a bit high, even for Noida. Have you checked other builders in the vicinity? ACC ka track record bhi mixed reviews wala hai, especially with possession dates. Spot discount milna mushkil hai, but try for other benefits.

Haan yaar, same thought. 78L for a 3BHK in Sector 33 is too much. Iska matlab toh 5000-5500/sqft hoga
