Eldeco The Studio is way cheaper, but are those studio apartments too small? Honestly not sure if the amenities at Parkway are worth the extra crore. Change my mind. Is the carpet area enough in Eldeco? Maintenance costs? Disagree? Tell me why. Maybe I'm missing something. Resale of existing property is almost done.
