Okay, I'll be honest – I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different beast. Everyone talks about 'Affordable Homes' in Chandigarh like it's some golden goose. But seriously, has anyone tracked the actual price appreciation there in the last 1-2 years? I'm seeing prices that don't feel so 'affordable' anymore. Are we just buying into hype?
