Is AIPL Rhythm Residences 2 genuinely good to live in, or just on paper? I'm in real estate, I know the brochure vs. reality game. Bhai, 'Residences 2' sunte hi mera toh dimaag kharab ho jaata hai. Aksar 'Phase 2' ya 'Residences 2' tab aata hai jab 'Phase 1' mein kuch issues hote hain ya builder ko naya funding chahiye hota hai. AIPL ka track record waise Gurgaon mein mixed reviews wala hai. Just be very, very careful.
