Finally fed up of renting! Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. I'm looking at Ajnara Ambrosia and Supertech Emerald Court in Noida. Has anyone had experience with Ajnara's on-time delivery? Supertech ka toh... well, sabko pata hai. Construction quality kaisi hai in reality? Should I be worried about hidden charges at possession for Ajnara? EMI vs rent, I'm really hoping it's worth it. Kya bolte ho?

Don't forget to factor in the cost of interiors! That's a huge expense after possession. Budget accordingly.
Noida mein property lena is like gambling. Kabhi jeetoge, kabhi haaroge. But do your homework and hope for the best.
Ajnara Ambrosia... location wise good hai. But builder reputation is a concern. Weigh the pros and cons carefully.
So, anyone living in Ambrosia currently? How's the maintenance and security? Please share your experience.
Kya bolte ho? I say, research thoroughly. Check RERA, visit the site, talk to existing residents. Don't just rely on what the builder tells you.
Hidden charges se bachne ka ek hi tareeka hai: read the fine print! Har clause ko samjho. And get everything in writing. Verbal promises are useless.
Ajnara ka track record is not great. They have multiple delayed projects in Noida Extension. Be very careful before investing your hard-earned money.
Which projects are delayed? Can you share some details?
Yeah, I heard the same thing. Ajnara Homes is also facing delays, right?
First home hai toh don't take unnecessary risks. Ajnara se better option dekh sakte ho agar budget allows. Godrej or ATS explore karo. Thoda expensive hai, but peace of mind toh milega.
Ajnara Ambrosia mein which floor are you considering? Ground floor avoid karna. Water logging ka issue hota hai barish mein.
I was thinking somewhere in the middle, maybe 8th or 9th floor. Ground floor toh definitely not. Thanks for the tip!
High floor bhi avoid karo. Lift mein problem hui toh chadte chadte budha ho jaoge!
Supertech Emerald Court toh demolition pending hai. Ajnara is a better bet, but still... be very cautious. Visit the site multiple times before finalizing.
EMI vs Rent... it depends on the interest rate and your loan tenure. Calculate carefully. Sometimes rent is actually cheaper, especially if you factor in maintenance charges and property tax.
But rent is dead money. At least with EMI, you're building an asset.
True that! Aajkal interest rates bhi bahut high hai. Rent makes more sense for now.
Hidden charges toh har builder lagaata hai yaar. My advice? Lawyer se agreement thoroughly check karwao before signing anything. Warna baad mein royega.
I bought in Ajnara Daffodil 5 years ago. Possession late mila, almost 2 years. But construction quality is decent. Ambrosia ka location bhi achha hai. But negotiate hard on the price! They always try to overcharge.
2 years late? That's insane! Did you get any compensation for the delay?
Daffodil toh thik hai, Ambrosia mein toh sunne mein aaya hai abhi bhi kuch towers incomplete hai.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise karte hai aasman, dete hai zameen.
Sector 118 is developing fast. Metro connectivity bhi aa rahi hai. But Ajnara... hmmm, I'd be hesitant. Check their financials before investing. Kahin bankrupt na ho jaye.
Ajnara Ambrosia... risky toh hai bhai. Supertech se better toh hoga hi, but Ajnara ka bhi delivery record kuch khaas nahi hai. Rent badhana toh inka haq hai, landlords ka. But EMI is a bigger commitment! Soch samajh ke.
Emerald Court se compare kar rahe ho? Supreme Court ka order yaad hai na? Ajnara mein bhi late toh karenge hi, but quality wise Emerald Court se better hona chahiye. Check RERA registration and completion dates carefully.
