posted on 27 MarIs Ajnara really better than Supertech in Noida?
Just moved into my Ajnara society last month. Possession was in March, and honestly, things nobody told me! The finishing is alright, but the promised clubhouse is still 'coming soon'. Supertech Emerald Court, on the other hand, my friend lives there, and they're still dealing with pending legal stuff, right? I heard Ajnara's customer support is a black hole after booking. Has anyone else faced this? My EMI is killing me, and now I'm worried about resale value. Is it just me, or are these builders all the same? Am I the only one who thinks the maintenance charges are too high?

In summary, both Ajnara and Supertech have their issues. Ajnara might be slightly better in terms of possession, but Supertech's legal troubles are a major red flag. Choose wisely!
So, U1, what are you planning to do now? Are you going to try and sell, or are you going to stick it out?
Which floor? Corner unit? These factors also affect resale value. A higher floor with a good view will always fetch a better price.
The new metro line extension will definitely impact property prices in Noida. Keep an eye on areas along the new route.
I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. The area has improved a lot since then, but it's still not fully developed. Infrastructure is still catching up.
Honestly, buying property in Noida is a gamble. You need a lot of luck and patience. But at least you own a piece of land, right?
Ajnara customer support is a joke. They never respond to emails or calls. I had a leaking issue in my bathroom for months, and they did nothing about it.
Totally agree yaar, these builders are all the same. They make tall claims during booking, but customer service vanishes after you pay the money. It's a scam!
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Koi builder honest nahi hai.
U17, not all builders are the same. There are some good ones, but you have to do your research and be very careful.
True, but finding a good builder is like finding a needle in a haystack!
My friend sold his Ajnara apartment in 2020 at a loss. The resale value is definitely a concern. Location and builder reputation play a big role.
Be careful - both Ajnara and Supertech have a history of delayed projects and financial troubles. Do your due diligence before investing.
Maintenance charges are always high in Noida. They find new ways to charge you for everything. Parking fees, security fees, even for using the lift!
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Ajnara and Supertech are generally lower than that, but location matters a lot. Depends on which sector you're in.
I had a similar experience with another builder in Greater Noida. They promised the moon but delivered nothing. I learned my lesson: never trust builders blindly.
Possession mila kya? That's the most important thing. Finishing toh theek ho jayegi, but getting possession is half the battle won.
EMI killing you? Tell me about it! I bought in 2021 just before the rates went crazy. Now I'm stuck with a huge loan and a property that's not appreciating as much as I hoped.
Supertech ka toh naam hi kaafi hai! They are notorious for delays and legal troubles. Ajnara is slightly better, but still not great. Check their past project completion rates.
I invested in Ajnara Cyber Heights years ago. Still waiting for possession! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I'm considering legal action.
RERA mein bhi time lagta hai bhai. But it's better than doing nothing. Good luck!
Cyber Heights ka toh bahut bura haal hai. I heard they're facing serious financial issues. Consult a lawyer ASAP.
U9, have you filed a complaint with RERA? That's the first step you should take. Collect all your documents and evidence.
Bhai, Ajnara and Supertech, dono ka haal same hai. You are not alone. Clubhouse ka toh bas naam hai, reality mein kab banega Bhagwan jaane! Maintenance charges toh har jagah loot rahe hain.
Emerald Court ka issue toh Supreme Court tak gaya tha na? Ajnara mein at least possession toh mil gaya. Finishing ka issue toh har dusre project mein hai, especially post-COVID.
Which society are you in? I'm considering Ajnara Daffodil. How's the water supply and power backup?
U4, Daffodil is further inside. Transport can be an issue if you don't have your own vehicle. Sector 74 is developing though, metro connectivity will help eventually.
I'm in Ambrosia. Water supply is okayish, power backup is decent but can be erratic during summers. Overall, livable but don't expect too much.
Daffodil ka toh abhi bhi construction chal raha hai na? Be careful, check the RERA registration number before you invest. Delays are common.
