Renting in Bangalore feels like throwing money away, honestly. I'm finally taking the plunge and Akshaya Bliss is on my radar. It's an upcoming project, ₹3.25 Cr+ seems steep. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just brochure magic? What about amenities; are they actually useful or just for show? Schools and markets nearby are crucial for my family. Any insights on the neighbourhood? I'm so fed up with landlords raising rent again.

Totally agree, renting is just burning money. But Akshaya Bliss ka price sunke toh mera budget hi hil gaya hai, yaar.
Bhai, 3.25 Cr for an upcoming project? That's a huge commitment. Aur RERA Not Applicable? That's a red flag right there for me as a first-time buyer. Bahut darr lag raha hai aise projects mein invest karne se.
