New Chandigarh keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm looking at Altus Ecoglades and Raheja Winterwoods for a 3BHK, my budget is around ₹95L. Honestly, my parents keep saying resale value is key, especially since it's my first big investment. Not sure if Altus or Raheja projects typically hold up better long-term. Also, is one more geared towards end-users versus investors? I don't want to live in a 'ghost building' with lots of empty units. What's the general word-of-mouth on both these for genuine residents? Any insights on their projects and future appreciation potential in New Chandigarh?

Altus ka naam pehli baar sun raha hoon, inka koi track record hai kya? Raheja toh phir bhi known hai. My parents are pushing for something 'safe' and with good resale. ₹95L ka investment hai, koi risk nahi lena chahta. Kya Altus ka koi completed project hai Chandigarh ya aas paas?
Haan yaar, same doubt. ₹95L is a lot, can't risk it on an unknown builder. Altus ka toh koi project dikhta hi
