Is Ambience Caitriona's construction quality really worth it?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which builder. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself is different. Everyone glorifies Ambience Caitriona for location, but what's the *real* construction quality like after a year or two? Are we talking plaster cracks and seepage? Lion Lid Nivasa sometimes gets overlooked. Are they genuinely better on finishing and post-possession snagging? And customer support after booking – does Ambience even pick up the phone? Change my mind.

Dekho, Ambience ka location aur amenities ka koi match nahi hai, especially Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe. Thoda premium toh pay karna padega. Construction quality mein issues har jagah aate hain, it's about how quickly they resolve. Mere cousin ne Ambience Lagoon mein liya tha, initial snags the but they fixed them.

Bhai, Ambience ka naam sunke toh darr lagta hai. Location undoubtedly prime hai, but construction quality pe humesha doubt rehta hai. Mere ek friend ne DLF phase 5 mein liya tha, ek saal mein hi seepage ki problem shuru ho gayi thi. Caitriona aur bhi high-end hai, toh expectation bhi zyada hai. Budget mein rehna hai toh yeh factors bahut important hain.

Same pinch! Main bhi Ambience se darr raha hoon. But Lion Lid Nivasa ka kya scene hai? Unka toh zyada sunne ko nahi milta. Koi idea?
