Is Ambika Florence Park's carpet area worth the total cost?

Is Ambika Florence Park's carpet area ratio actually worth the high total cost? I'm finding the usable space surprisingly tight for the premium. Everyone glorifies the location, but honestly, I worry about exit strategy in 5 years if the actual ROI doesn't match the hype. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree! I visited Ambika Florence Park last month and the carpet area felt so cramped for the price. ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK is a huge investment, and I'm just not seeing the value. The location is good, sure, but what about the actual living space? Even my current rental in Manimajra feels more spacious. I'm worried about reselling it later if others feel the same.
