Is Amrapali Sapphire genuinely liveable for empty nesters?
Is Amrapali Sapphire actually a good place for daily living, or just looks good on paper? My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want something manageable, maybe a 2BHK there. We visited, and the amenities look decent, but what's the actual society vibe like? We're pre-retirees, want a friendly community, not too isolated. Also, how are the maintenance charges really? We're trying to keep monthly costs down. And how close are good hospitals or markets from there, for daily needs? Not sure if it's genuinely quiet or if there's too much noise. Any current residents can share their experience?

Yaar, Amrapali Sapphire for empty nesters? Mujhe toh doubt hai. Maintenance charges kaafi high sunne mein aaye hain, budget-conscious logon ke liye thoda mushkil ho sakta hai. Aur society vibe bhi, I've heard it's a bit mixed. Are they really friendly or just formal?
Sahi kaha, bhai. Maintenance Rs 4-5 per sqft sunne mein aaya hai, which is quite steep for a 2BHK after retirement. Upar se, builder ke past issues ko
