Is Ansal Aastha construction holding up well?
Okay I'll be honest, I got so fed up of renting and my landlord raising rent every year that I rushed into site visits. Finally taking the plunge, doing EMI vs rent math, but checked Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last week and got confused. Brochure mein promised proper clubhouse and smooth finishes, but site pe noticed hairline cracks near balcony fittings... actually wait, maybe paint work was just sloppy. Maintenance around ₹1,800 bol rahe hain. Is daily upkeep actually reliable there, or does it feel neglected? Anyone living there faced seepage issues?

Did you go back for a second visit in the evening or speak to any current resident directly? I am also considering taking a site visit this weekend, but only if the clubhouse and water supply are genuinely sorted. What did you finally decide?
Honestly, the market everywhere is quite inflated right now. Even looking at standard tier-2 trends like in Rajkot where affordable homes are drying up fast, finding anything decent under 30 lakhs feels impossible. But my worry with Ansal projects is post-possession handover to RWA. Agar builder maintenance run kar raha hai ₹1,800 leke, toh lift breakdown aur lobby lighting theek rehti hai kya wahan pe?
Pata nahi mujhe toh dar lagta hai such mixed reviews se. Ek baar sign kar diya toh bank loan 20 saal tak chalega, cancel bhi nahi kar sakte.
I spoke to an uncle whose colleague stays there. Lift chalti hai regularly, but unhone bola common area painting has been pending for months. Security guard aur daily waste collection theek-thaak hai, nothing premium.
Maine bhi Krishna Kunj ke paas do properties dekhi thi last month, but Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka price point attracted me. ₹29 L to ₹30 L bracket mein ready inventory milna tough ho raha hai aajkal. But maintenance reliable nahi hogi toh family ke sath shift hona mushkil ho jayega.
RERA details check kar lo bhai, UPRERAPRJ5670 hai iska number. Project toh COMPLETED dikha raha hai since June 2022, toh technically 2 saal ho chuke hain handovers ko. Itne time mein toh maintenance issues samne aa hi jate hain agar builder ne ghatiya kaam kiya ho. ₹1,800 monthly charges deke bhi agar upkeep loose hai, then that is a big red flag for people like us on tight EMI budgets.
Settlement cracks usually plaster level pe hote hain bhai, but seepage check karna zaroori hai. Ask any resident on the floor below that balcony if water leaks during rains.
June 2022 se completed hai? Toh fir yeh settlement cracks ho sakte hain ya actual structural defect hai? Mera budget bhi maximum 30L hi stretch ho sakta hai, now I am getting very anxious.
Bhai same boat! Rent increments are killing my monthly savings, isiliye I also started looking around. But balcony cracks sunke dar lag gaya. For ₹29 L to ₹30 L budget, is this really the best we can get, or is it risky?
Sach mein, it is so stressful. Mere papa bolte hain first flat lene mein jaldbaazi hamesha mehengi padti hai. Waise did you check if the society RERA registered properly?
Crack dekh ke compromise mat karo yaar, pehle home inspector ya kisi mason dost ko le jao. My cousin saw similar hairline marks in a flat near Krishna Kunj and thought it was just paint, baad mein poora plaster ukhad gaya barish ke time.
