Is Ansal Aastha Mig Zone genuinely family-friendly?

Been looking for a 3BHK for my growing family since the kids started needing more space, and Ansal Aastha Mig Zone keeps coming up. Everyone glorifies it for its price point, but honestly, I'm not convinced it's genuinely family-friendly. Is it just good on paper? I'm worried about the actual daily life there. Are the schools nearby good, or just 'nearby'? My wife's priority is a safe, friendly community for our children, not just a flat with decent carpet area. I've heard mixed things about noise levels and how isolated it can feel. For a completed project, you'd expect more clarity. Are the amenities actually usable for kids, or mostly for show? Should we even consider it if safety and a real community feel are paramount? Change my mind.
