Rajkot's Ansal Aastha Mig Zone has been on my radar lately. My kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house and really need something more manageable, like a compact 2BHK. Low maintenance is a big priority for me, you know. It's a completed project, which is good, but I'm trying to understand the actual maintenance charges there. Is it reasonable, or are there hidden costs? Also, how's the society's RWA? I need a peaceful, well-managed place. Honestly, hospital proximity is also key for my parents. Anyone living there can share their experiences on these points? I'm trying to decide if it's the right long-term move.

It looks like Ansal Aastha has its pros (completed, RERA registered) and cons (potential RWA issues, price concerns). For a downsizing family, hospital proximity is crucial, and that hasn't been discussed much. OP, did you check the nearby hospitals? What's your final take after all this feedback?
OP, Ansal Aastha is completed, that's good. Possession date is 2022-06-01, and RERA number is UPRERAPRJ5670. But the price range of ₹29 L – ₹30 L for a 2BHK in Rajkot right now seems a bit high, given the current market conditions. Developers are struggling to clear inventory, so there might be better deals out there or scope for negotiation. Have you checked other projects in the vicinity?
Haan, price toh matter karta hai. Mere ek colleague ne Krishna Kunj mein recently deal close ki hai, unko ₹27L mein 2BHK mil gaya tha. Ansal ki reputation bhi thodi up-down rehti hai, toh due diligence bahut zaroori hai.
U6, you're right about the market. What other projects would you suggest near Ansal Aastha that are competitively priced? And what kind of negotiation margin can we expect?
Yaar, maintenance aur RWA bahut important hai. Mere dost ne Krishna Kunj mein flat liya tha, starting mein sab theek tha, but ab RWA ki politics aur maintenance charges itne badh gaye hain ki woh pareshan hai. Ansal Aastha mein RWA kitna transparent hai? Aur kya koi hidden charges hain jo brochure mein nahi hote?
₹2.5-3k maintenance sounds okay for a 2BHK, but for a downsizing family, every penny counts, right?
Sahi keh rahe ho, I've heard similar things about other societies. For Ansal Aastha, the RWA is relatively new since possession was 2022. My cousin lives nearby, not in Ansal Aastha, but he says the initial charges were around ₹2.5-3k for a 2BHK. Hidden charges are always a risk, make sure you get everything in writing.
Same pinch! I'm also looking for a compact 2BHK. Price range kya hai Ansal Aastha ka? Budget bhi toh dekhna padega.
Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? Hmm, naam toh suna hai. But Rajkot mein Ansal ka track record kaisa hai, is that reliable? I'm also a first-time buyer, aur maintenance charges ka darr toh rehta hi hai. Kahin baad mein surprise bills na aa jaayen.
