Is Ansal Aastha Mig Zone turning into a ghost town?

Since moving into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, I'm genuinely concerned. Okay, I'll say what no one says: this society feels like a ghost town. Too many investor flats, not enough residents. Rental yield? Forget it. Resale value bhi doubt mein hai. Disagree? Tell me why.
