Is Ansal Aastha Mig Zone worth it for a 3BHK upgrade?
Visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last Saturday, looking for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK on Kalawad Road, family badh rahi hai. Unka layout toh theek laga, price bhi ₹70-80L for a 3BHK. But Ansal API ka resale value ka kya scene hai Rajkot mein? Long term investment ke liye sahi rahega ya aur options dekhun? Sunne mein aata hai ki possession ke time hidden charges aur quality issues aate hain. Any actual experiences with Aastha project? Should I consider other builders near 150 Feet Ring Road instead?
