Is Ansal Aastha under-construction quality a red flag?

Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. I work in real estate, but when it's for your own home, sab kuch alag lagta hai. The plaster work on some flats under construction, itna clean nahi dikha. Main soch raha tha ki kya ye final finish hoga ya they'll fix it? Builders often hide stuff until possession. What should one really check during these under-construction site visits? Like, plumbing lines ki quality, electrical wiring ka proper casing, ya just general wall finish? Kisi ne Ansal Aastha mein kuch aise issues notice kiye hain kya before possession? Not sure if these are minor fixable things or bigger red flags. Any advice on what to look for beyond the show flat? Off the record, what do builders usually skimp on that's hard to spot early?
