I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for an investment property in Rajkot, and honestly, this is my biggest concern. Is the power backup truly for the full flat or just common areas? My parents keep saying these things become a headache later. And water supply? I've heard stories about tanker dependency in some projects after a year or two. How's the tank capacity there? If tenants face issues with these, ROI goes down the drain with complaints and higher churn. Are these things actually reliable long-term? Change my mind.
