Since kids moved out, I'm eyeing a smaller flat, maybe Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Everyone glorifies amenities, but what about actual water supply? Is it reliable, or stuck with tankers? Change my mind.

Yaar, water supply is the real deal-breaker for me too! Builders promise the moon, but ground reality is often quite different. Ansal Aastha ka price range ₹29 L – ₹30 L hai, for that, I expect basic amenities to be solid, not a daily tanker drama. What's the point of fancy amenities if you can't even get proper water pressure for a shower? This is my biggest fear as a first-time buyer.
