What's the real story with the carpet area efficiency? Builders often play super area vs carpet area games, you know. For those who've moved in, are the amenities actually useful daily, or just for show? Is the gym decent, or always packed? Any off-the-record insights on the build quality or possession experience? Just want to confirm it's genuinely a good home, not just good on paper. Any tips on maintenance charges would be great too.
