Is APS Royal Homes' construction quality good for resale?

₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in APS Royal Homes is a big investment for me. Everyone talks about fancy clubhouses aur swimming pools, but honestly, what about the actual construction quality? I'm worried about cracks and seepage after a year or two. Builder ka track record kya hai for long-term durability? My parents keep saying 'sasta roye baar baar'. High maintenance charges for a badly built flat will kill my rental yield and resale value. Koi batao, is it worth paying a premium for projects with good initial build, ya sab mein same issues aate hain eventually? Change my mind.
