Is APS Royal Homes' construction quality good for resale?
₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in APS Royal Homes is a big investment for me. Everyone talks about fancy clubhouses aur swimming pools, but honestly, what about the actual construction quality? I'm worried about cracks and seepage after a year or two. Builder ka track record kya hai for long-term durability? My parents keep saying 'sasta roye baar baar'. High maintenance charges for a badly built flat will kill my rental yield and resale value. Koi batao, is it worth paying a premium for projects with good initial build, ya sab mein same issues aate hain eventually? Change my mind.

Totally agree, bhai. Ye builder log sirf facade pe focus karte hain. Actual build quality ka kya? My friend bought a flat in a similar project near Alpha I Greater Noida, aur abhi se seepage ki problem shuru ho gayi hai. ₹75 lakh is a huge amount, can't risk it on poor quality. Your concerns are valid.
APS Royal Homes? Suna hai inka reputation theek nahi hai, especially for long-term maintenance. Be very careful. I've heard stories.
