Totally agree with this post! Ashiana ka naam sunke laga tha kuch accha hoga but ₹2.9 Cr minimum is too much for a first-time buyer like me. Aur agar investor-heavy hai toh capital appreciation ka toh sochna hi mat. Already so many projects in Gurugram are struggling with rentals.
